How old do I have to be to join this community?

You can begin this course as early as 15 years old to start learning the material and preparing for the FAA Part 107 Knowledge Test. However, the FAA requires applicants to be at least 16 years old to take the Part 107 Knowledge Test and obtain a Remote Pilot Certificate. Starting early gives younger students a head start, allowing them to build confidence and be fully prepared to test once they become eligible.
